Depends on what I am using, USB mouse or touchpad, with the mouse (it is a nice one thumb moves it, so the mouse is still) I use like 1 or 2, touchpad 5 or 6 cause it is crappy.

I use 2.
But the big answer to your question is: The best sensitivity is the one that u feel comfortable with.

One day I heard a wise man saying: The best beer in the world is the one u like over the rest that u have try. That's the best beer for you. (No guys, wasn't Flash)

So that's the best answer I can give u.

I use 6 because I have a gaming mouse and it has high sens so I have my sens as high as the mouse sometimes

And Hellnurse is right you have to find a comfortable sens and work your way up

Laptop, plus the "mouse" is a touchpad, and you can get an add on that is like it.
