Ghost Recon Online Review

Just curious, do you have smoke and flashbangs available? Can't remember seeing them in the video.

I'd love to have the stuff in a game that the US uses in real life to take out snipers:
a variety of smoke grenades to cover movement
both the Army and Marines now have backpackable aerial drones
tasked company-level mortars (they now have laser-guided mortar rounds)
countersnipers
armored units on call
Apache gunships with laser-guided hellfires
airstrikes with gps and laser-guided munitions

No, they only have explosive grenades, and those are the only explosives in the game. Everything else is just bullets.

It's a very infantry based game. The only real support you get is from your team. The support class actually has an ability, called the Aegis (I think that's how it's spelled) that basically forms a shield like a bubble around you, allowing a very effective advance. It is pretty fun though to run up from the side and punch the guy in the face, taking down the bubble, and watching everyone run away.

Well rats, no smoke. What game was I playing a few months ago with great smoke grenades....COD4?

Luna, do you use a falcon punch for that?

Oh man, that would make it so much better... Though, I don't know how well it compares up the the best bubble pop I have seen. Pretty much, I charged in like usual, and died. Then I saw the rest of my team run up, with one guy making it to the bubble, and he managed to push him off the ledge of the tall building it was on. I wish I had recorded it.

Edit: You could chuck a contact HE grenade at the guy's face, probably killing anyone inside the bubble. Ya, that sounds very fun

Tried it, contact nade blows up upon contact with the shield, has to be a timed nade.

I mean charge into the shield, as if you were to punch them, but instead, nade. No matter where it goes, it will blow up, and kill everything. And it will be glorious. I will see what I can do on getting a video of this, but it will be hard, as I will need a support on the other team to use the darn thing.
