Sev's Poem(s)

This one i just made up.
WARNING: This is a very depressing poem, read at your own leisure.
I may post some others, idk when or even if i will, but this describes my mood atm.

Hatred
I hate this world
All it is, is war, violence, anger, and pain
We are born from the pain of others,
And we die by other of our own pain.
In this dark, forbidding world
The only escape is death
Through death we leave everything we ever were behind us
Only to find out that we will burn in hell for our sins.
This whole world deserves to be burned till nothing remains
To be reduced to ashes
And then reborn into what this
World should have been.
But this will never happen, because the
Darkness of this worlds sins, this worlds hate
Will leave us in this nightmare for eternity.
Few find escape; most only get a glimpse of this “inner peace”.
This is the world’s way of torturing us for what we have done to it,
Showing us something precious, and then ripping it away from us.
For me, my inner peace was you
But then, just like everything else I was
The world just ripped it away, playing with me,
Like a dog and a master who would pull away the treat just before I reached it.
This is the true world, a world of hatred
Towards everything keeping you from your peace.
This is why we fight and die,
This is why we sin.

Got that right, not all sunshine and roses.
There is a long tradition of such poetry. It purges inner demons and gives voice to the lost.

Not sure if i should post some of my love poems to my ex, she saw maybe 2 or 3 out of the 4 or 5 that i wrote for her.

I don't know. Those are very private things you might not want to let out just yet. Lots in my private journals that no one's ever seen. You're the best judge of these things, though.

Yeah, she told me that i was good at poetry and told me to keep writing it, thing is idk wat to write about.

As I hung on that ledge
But instead you just walk by me
Like I meant nothing to you
Not anymore, you love for me died
When you became scared.
You ran away afraid to stay
Because you knew what I was
Not who I am.
I’m a demon and you saw that and ran away
I can’t say I blame you
Just look at me, who could ever
Truly love me?
Now nobody comes near me
Not even my "friends"
They all just ignore me
And leave me for dead.
